Return & Refund Policy

At KORSUN, we aim to ensure a consistent and transparent shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Return Eligibility

KORSUN accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The product has not been damaged, altered, or stained

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Acceptance of Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items show signs of wear, damage, or stains
  • Tags are missing or removed
  • Original packaging is not intact
  • The return request is made after the 14-day return period

KORSUN reserves the right to decline returns that do not comply with the above requirements.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Return instructions will be shared upon approval

Items must be shipped back according to the instructions provided. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • KORSUN does not provide prepaid return labels

Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available through the following process:

  • Return the original item in accordance with this policy
  • Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures faster processing and availability of preferred items.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The returned item is received and inspected
  • The item meets all return eligibility requirements

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

Refund Limitations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The returned item does not meet the required conditions
  • The return is initiated outside the allowed timeframe

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. KORSUN reserves the right to determine whether the returned product meets the required conditions for approval.
